机床技术说明
· 可生产各种铜球、翻沙球、生铁球、等各类球阀加工管材直径范围为直径20mm-80mm。
· 生产速率：平均12秒/个；一天可生产2500个产品左右。
· 运用全新工艺制造，独特设计方案，更快捷方便的排屑系统，结构采用HT300整体铸造，按工艺进行三次时效处理，确保不变型和精度，所有安装动力头孔和基准面，采用加工中心一次性加工完成
· 各种非标成型刀定制定做。
Technical description of machine tool
· It can produce various kinds of ball valves, such as copper ball, sand turning ball, pig iron ball, etc. the diameter range of processing pipe is 20 mm-80 mm.
· Production rate: average 12 seconds / piece; about 2500 products can be produced in one day.
· It adopts new technology, unique design scheme and more convenient chip removal system. The structure adopts HT300 integral casting and aging treatment for three times according to the process to ensure no deformation and precision. All installation power head holes and datum planes are processed by machining center at one time
· All kinds of non-standard molding knives are customized.
