机床技术说明
· 可一次性完成车外圆，铣多边，挑螺纹，拉槽等多项工序。(避免产品二次装夹，完成的产品同心度高)
· 可一次性完成铣二，四，六方等多边产品，也可加工锥度六方，中间铣六方，或六方产品头部倒角尾部倒角，弧度产品等多边产品。
· 该机床可实现工件高速车削，低速车多边等多项工艺。
· 机床采用床身床脚连体结构，且采用进口线性导轨，因此抗震性好，刚性强。
· 机床全系列采用液压夹紧装置，提高了机床的机械自动化程度。
Technical description of machine tool
· It can complete many processes such as turning outer circle, milling multilateral, thread picking, slot pulling and so on. (avoid secondary clamping of the product, and the finished product has high concentricity)
· It can be used to mill two, four, six square and other multilateral products at one time. It can also process multi sided products such as taper hexagonal, middle milling hexagonal, or hexagonal products head chamfering, tail chamfering and radian products.
· The machine can realize high-speed turning and low-speed turning.
· The machine tool adopts the bed and foot connected structure, and adopts imported linear guide rail, so it has good seismic resistance and strong rigidity.
· Hydraulic clamping device is used in the whole series of machine tools, which improves the mechanical automation of machine tools.
